Recovering from an Injury-
One of the most challenging things for an athlete to do is return from a serious injury.  It may very well be the first time you ever considered that you wouldn’t compete forever or at the same level once obtained.  There is more to rehabilitating an injury than working out in the gym.  At OPS Psychology we have developed a plan for utilizing your time off constructively while preparing you emotionally for the long difficult road back to competition.  There are several steps to a full recovery and making constructive use of your time should be a priority.
