Ron Stolberg Ph.D
Licensed Clinical Psychologist PSY 19950
Clinic Lead

Dr. Stolberg is a licensed Clinical Psychologist whose specialties include personality assessment, suicide and life threatening behavior, and substance use disorders.  Through his work as a University Professor he currently serves as a board member with the Addictions Institute and the Institute for Behavioral Assessment and Research at Alliant International University in San Diego.  Dr. Stolberg has researched and written extensively in hallmark psychological texts and regularly publishes and presents his findings at International Psychological Conferences. He has worked with Hall of Fame athletes in several sports and regularly works with individuals who are at the top of their respective fields. He recently served as the psychologist for the hit CBS television show “Survivor.”
While Dr. Stolberg has many interests professionally his true love is Sport Psychology.   His own competitive drive started early, probably in the womb.  As a youth he participated in every sport they offered and he never wanted to lose. His best sport was tennis where he became a nationally ranked collegiate player.  After tennis he threw himself into academics and learned a lot of things that would have made him a better athlete and competitor.  He believes strongly that proper preparation, visualizing your performance, and managing life’s distractions are key to optimal performance in sport.

ChristianGlasgow MA, LMFT
Licensed Mariiage and Family Therapist 45931
Clinic Lead

Christian dabbled in most sports but his focus was narrowed to competitive soccer and competitive surfing.  Christian played for premiere traveling soccer teams and simultaneously was also a sponsored, nationally ranked surfer.  Soccer was a gateway to college and Christian went on to play at the collegiate level while earning his degrees in psychology.  When his playing days were over he went on to coach high school Varsity soccer teams and continue surfing as much as possible

Christian went to graduate school and earned a license as a Marriage and Family Therapist that specializes in relationship issues (pre-marital, marital, family planning, and bereavement) anxiety, depression, substance abuse/addiction, and HIV for the past eleven years. For the past six years Christian has worked for Ventura County Behavioral Health. He is part of a mobilized crisis team in the event of any disaster within the state of California as a “first responder”.  Christian contributes to researching the diverse population in and around Ventura for statistical research to apply to other behavioral health institutions across the state and nation.
Within the private practice sector Christian’s passion focused on working with professional athletes in the sports of surfing, snowboarding, skateboarding, golf, soccer, and football. Since having successful working relationships with professional athletes Christian has become driven to help support them in different areas that are unique to them.  The therapeutic support has helped athletes achieve their goals in competition and deal with the pressures of being a professional athlete.
